Allowing someone overseas, who makes around $50.00 a week and probably works around 50+ hours a week to do it is just sad. You all make me sick. It was fine, I could solve most customer problems and play Solataire at the same time. But instead, I did a re-write of the product manual, built a matrix and checklist for support, and outsourced my job to a couple places inside and outside the company. I put myself out of a job. It was the best thing I ever did for my career. Weird that I thought of it now, but I really think it's motivation that makes the difference.
