There's a fair amount of opinion that, if our president really wanted to keep the torture photos locked up, he wouldn't let the courts decide it. But I'm not good enough at law to figure that out. All that said, though, I'm just amused that people don't realize that there's this thing called "storage" that "records" what they "say" all the time. I've been caught saying stupid things in the press, and I have to live with them. Why does everyone else think it's just down the memory hole?
